guaranteed sign up and traffic

Hello digital point,

If you go over to google and search guaranteed sign up and traffic programs you'll see a list of people offering services where they guarantee traffic and sign ups for your free programs.

I thought I'd ask any programmers here if they know the inside of these programs and if they could pm me, I have a free sign up program I'd like to test a efficient guaranteed sign up/ guaranteed traffic program.

 

most the ones i have seen are actually humans that are doing it not scripts - obviously plenty of countries where you can pay people only a couple of dollars an hour and actually get fairly intelligent people

anybody else got any ideas? I'm trying to find out as much as possible about this and am willing to invest for a decent program
