You are right, it is difficult to judge when the feedback looked promising, and it was based on this I made an order. I assume some people target less competitive phrases than others, and while a good ranking on a less competitve phrases may be achieveable, more competitve phrases like what I target appear to be out of wildstones league.

If you are 15 days in already I would have expected some sort of feedback by now on what work has been started as you need to get going pretty quick on a 60 day campaign to see results within th 60 days. If you have not got any reports so far then I'd be wondering what he is up to.

The only reason I personally have not left iTrader yet is I'm still waiting to see if I get a refund or not. I wouldn't want to post a comment like 'didn't get my refund' if eventually I do.

Several people have the same bad experience with me.

I don't want to evaluate the guy wildstone, He is TOO TOO busy. Each time 'out of towm' or 'in the hospital'. Even if he is top SEOer, because his service is so bad, I don't use his service.


I use his service just for one month, then stop because he let me loose confidence.

Just refund me, then I leave here.

Really? Even for the most trafficked keyword in the industry the 2nd page gives very few hits and the 3rd+ pages give nothing. Sorry but IMO the client has a point... and don't try and get me warned for posting here, YOU brought this into the discussion here so it is open to anybody to give their thoughts.

I only tell the truth, your service is not well. Each time PM you, you don't reply on time, then say 'out of towm' or 'in the hospital'. Do you agree?

If you were disatisfied you should give wildstone an opportunity to rectify it.... if he ignores you or fails to fulfill then it is unfair to not let the other members here know so they won't get burned as well... again try rectification and if he can then fulfill then great

 

Yes, I want to, but wildstone is too emotional. He should not open the customers' website and keywords. It is stupid action.

If something looks too good to be true it usually is... I say this from experience, the only reason why I am in seo now is because I got ripped off by a so-called seo. I saw the guarantees just like wildstone "offers". "100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, we don't get you there you get your money back..." - Needless to say I got absolutely no where in the search engines from this seo... that is why I decided to do it myself...

 

It sounds to me like those of us who are not satisfied with this service all received the same service. All he did for me was submit to directories - even though I told him not to as I already have that covered but he went ahead and submitted it to directories wher I was already listed.

After 60 days there was no improvement in my SERP's. I allowed him extra time, but still no change.

He has never explained his actions (or lack of), tries to twist facts and never gives straight answers. I have now been waiting 3 weeks from my refund!

Not that the search engines care about the meta keywords tag but Yahoo does use it for spam matching.

So you probably earned the client a filter for the title & meta description spamming.

I could probably find more Non-SEO work you have completed (or not completed as the case may be) but then that might seem I am being a bit too harsh so I'll take my leave.

I don't know what you mean by warned, I don't warn posters, you must be thinking about someone else.

I would certainly be happy with the results within 40 days, I won't be happy if I am not in the first page in 60 days as this is the contract agreement. I am a current first time customer, I don't have an opinion yet, I'm just pointing out that some posters want miracles, if the man says 60 days give him 60 days, don't complain about his work until his agreed upon time frame has lapsed. I jsut find it very strange than people complain about progress, if you wanted your site on the first page withing 40 days then you should not have agreed to his terms, simple as that.

If you don't get your results then ask for a refund and if you don't get a refund post in this thread AND post in iTrader, this is the only way to warn other potential customers. I would also like to point out that a refund should exclude a negative iTrader as he is essentially fulfilling his contract towards you. I would only personally leave a negative iTrader IF he didn't deliver AND didnt refund me.

Visio, I am not quite sure where you stand, I have read negative opinions in this thread about the service (I like all opinions, good or bad), I don't even know if you have tried the service. Yet when I and other members see posts like this from you (see below), it really confuses the issue and once again makes it difficult for people to make an objective judgment.

You might think that I am favoring the service, this is not the case, all I am saying is that my review of the service is on hold until my 60 days are up, not 40 days, but 60 days. It seems that the service has helped some and not others, hopefully for my own selfish reasons my site will be one of the positive outcomes.

WILDSTONE and FELIX, what is the situation with the refund? Any response wildstone?
