This user @Jin Well is a scamer, stay away from him. here is what he did with me: He promised the above service, he didn't deliver. also didn't reply to my messages in DP. When I asked him either to deliver the service otherwise I will open a PayPal dispute, he still didn't reply. So I had finally opened a dispute at PayPal where he lied by saying that he had delivered the service which he never did. He also lied by saying this service was about article marketing (as this is a directory submission service) Do not do any sort of business with him if you want to stay safe. as I am sure he is also practicing the same sort of thing with others too.
