    Hi Guys,

    I need a website created for a site called Metropolitan Management.

    Anything that is designed for this contest can not be used for any kind of portfolio.

    Winner must send all source files upon payment via paypal after making any agreed upon changes (if any). All rights will be transferred over to me at that point.

    The company manages apartment and condo complexes. Check the website for information

    Website
    Should have a drop down style navigation.
    Navigation Items:
    Home, About, Services (dropdown), Employment, Maintenance Request, Contact
    Should have a jquery slider similar to futurecare.com on the homepage.
    This is basically a redesign, so you can use most of the information from the current site. Logo in EPS attached.

    If there are any question, please post in here. This is a guaranteed contest, so a winner will be chosen. The faster this is done the better, since as soon as the client finds the the design she likes, she'll pick a winner.

    Can you please update the logo? I can't seem to open it using Illustrator/Photoshop. Save it so I can open it using Photoshop CS3 or Illustrator CS6 or provide a .png file of the logo ( large size ). Thanks.

    There has been two confirmed logo winners who have been paid. There has been one winner for the web design who has chosen to be paid after completing the inner page. (Assurance Logo, Assurance Design, TMG Truck Center Logo)...So what are you talking about exactly??
