I did stick to my words. I do not control the paypal account you paid, I sent it to be processed with all of our other bills.

As for other people having issues, yes there was a well documented data center issue (something exploded) that put us in a bind. Of course everyone that had already received multiple payments didn't mind (or even notice) while those with a site that was slower than usual to sell or those that had just signed up and were affected right off the bat were concerned.

I didn't assume it was anything personal but posting things like this here is not professional either. You had a site that was slow to sell, over 100 people did not. This is a sales thread, those happy with the program are oblivious to your post. I'm not allowed to ask them to come write their experience here so all anyone reading will see is a big (your program sucks!) post. This is not true at all but first impressions are everything.

In short, a PM would have received the same refund without all of the negative backlash that will come from your post.

Everything looks really negative. I bet this guy is a 15 year old scam artist. I like how he says he is sending it to the "accounting department" and then says "holy crap dude".

Yes they have but hardly anyone that is a member sees this thread and 90% of our members are from elsewhere.

Nice assumptions. They guy you are referencing was refunded long ago, ask him yourself.

I'd suggest some caution running around calling people scammers. If you are in the USA companies can "reach out and touch someone" very easily.

Yeah I was ready to buy this but then saw the negative experience/s. I am still interested, however. Is there anyone who can give some positive feedback? If so, PM me.

    Thank you for your interest.

This program is extremely complex. The only time we have had any support requests related to payments is when the first site or sites in a members portfolio did not sell on first listing.

In this industry having one website out of hundreds not sell immediately is not unusual and we have measures in place to make sure customers are taken care of. Many of the "negative" comments you are reading are from members who either did not understand the program or from people who are not members at all.

When a customer has a website that doesn't immediately sell this is not even a bad thing. The longer a site is online the more pages that are indexed so that when we do re-offer the site it usually fetches more money and pays them a higher commission. Also, if the website is a complete dud and just won't sell after 2 or 3 attempts we simply replace it so that the customer will continue to see progress into the future.

This is a lifetime program for one payment and there is nothing like it online. I hate the fact that there are any unsatisfied customers but some peoples expectations are impossible. Overall our refund rate is under 1 in 100 and we do guarantee the program 100%.

Finally, as portfolios grow (1 site can turn into 10 or 100) things move much faster. If a customer has only one site that doesn't sell things seem to be standing still. If however that customer has 10 sites the other 9 still have a chance to sell fast so that they receive 9 payments and 9 new sites that can sell as well. In this scenario the customer wouldn't care that a single site has taken longer than usual to sell. However, at the price we are charging we can't start a portfolio with 10 sites or the entire program would be unprofitable for everyone.

We try to balance everything as well as humanly possible and we do run into speed bumps at times but we are not here to hurt anyone. We will do everything possible to keep our members happy and making money and refund those that decide it is the best option.

Thanks again for your post. I can't ask anyone to register here and share their experience (not that you would take their word for it anyway) so I hope another member happens to see this. As mentioned 90% of our customers are not from this forum so it's doubtful this thread will even be read.

I joined the program in June by paying $98. Within 2 months, I got only $6 from the sale of two sites. Almost a month I've been trying to log in to empireautopilot member area. But the site is not accessible at all. At least from my country. So I wasn't able to see the progress of my portfolio. Then I asked for a refund. Jswenson said on Aug 24th that my refund request will be taken care of. But today I'm still waiting for nothing. Definitely this experience helps me a lot to become more careful of this kind of offer.

I still get steady payments, nothing big, but hey, steady anyway. Although some of them have been few and far between, I'm sure there's just some bugs to work out.

I've had a few dollars, but also can't log into the site very often. I'll give it a bit longer as it is a new site then consider asking for a refund.

Looks like I'm not the only one who is waiting. Come on jswenson, it's been more than a month since your last promise, but I get no news at all. No payment. Nothing.

Yep, it seems the site is not up nor probably won't be.. I've made about $9.00 since i joined..I thought i'd atleast break even after my initial investment of $49 before things go south..A classic case of "To good to be true"..

I made over $20. Not bad for an initial investment of $99 since I missed the $49 promotion...
