Okay, so I feel like a complete idiot. Finally started taking an OC seriously and did some digging on how to overclock the Pascal cards. Made a post here a while ago requesting help on it. Questions answered. Badda bing. Come back to it a bit later after doing processor and system memory. So, now I feel like I might have a clue about what I'm doing. Well, boy howdy was I wrong. Grab gpu-z and start using it to check out the PerfCap reason. Power limit. Welp, power limit's already maxed. Suddenly, I remember I've got a second bios that I can switch to that I haven't touched since I got the card 4.5 years ago.

This is the point where I discover I've been using the master bios this whole time, while the slave bios with the higher power limit has been sitting unused.
