Has anyone picked up the PC version of GTA 4 yesterday on opening day? I'm just about one of the biggest fans of the series around, and I was really upset to see it get 1-star ratings all across the internet (just see amazon.com for an example and read all of the angry comments...and the reader reviews on IGN.com gave GTA IV a 1 out of 10 yesterday). Supposedly they installed SecuROM on it and everyone is calling it a virus that disables your OS or various hardware on your PC... pretty sad...I'm shocked that Rockstar made such a stupid move. From what I've read, it was a disaster of a release day in regard to sales, for what was supposed to be one of the biggest PC games of 2008.
I purchased the game yesterday and it runs smooth! The only problem is multiplayer. I think there is some problem with R* servers.
Yup game is real fun to play. Server problems are faced by many games but was not expected from Rockstar.
