GSPAY.com unethical scraping? If so this is pretty low .. I was searching for a well known payment processing site and...there in the top hits for it in google instead was a GSPAY page.. I found out soon after that, in fact GSPAY are doing blackhat SEO illegally scraping the content of the well known processing site(s) into a signup form that is for GSPAY instead. Complete fraud. They've done this blackhat SEO for many payment processors like worldpay, protx, multicards, ccnow, etc. www.gspay.com/worldpay.com.php -- Worldpay.com / GSPAY www.gspay.com/protx.com.php -- Protx.com / GSPAY www.gspay.com/multicards.com.php -- MultiCards.com / GSPAY www.gspay.com/ccnow.com.php -- CCNnow.com / GSPAY www.gspay.com/charge.com.php -- Charge.Com / GSPAY etc... The list of copyright infringing scraped content is as long as my arm: http://www.gspay.com/Articles/ I wonder the number of people fooled by their form thinking GSPAY were a reseller for these well known sites - and no that's not who you get when you apply. It was from this obvious unethical and fraudulent passing off behavior that I looked into them more. GSPAY has joint owners with the defunct OXBILL.com AKA oxbilleu.com AKA obill.biz AKA omegabill.com AKA bpbill.com AKA payadviser.net that processed for counterfeit software, illegal nasty porn, and unlicensed pharmacy amongst others and many ripped off merchants. They of course moved around a lot Russia, Brazil, China from netblocks doing plenty of professional spam operation action, for example: Some 'nice' merchants they served too: The owner of oxbill was Alexei Koudinov AKA Adam Rich who goes way back. His partner Bazilevitch Stanislaff owns GSPAY. The final nail in the coffin for them is that GSPAY.com started with a HYIP scam site! http://www.hyipm.com/directory.php 96 www.gspay.com 2004-02-05 I have a feeling Mr Bazilevitch Stanislaff and his other colleagues will reply one way or another but there is no disputing the current unethical behavior which you can see so simply from doing a google search for the domain name and name any of the providers on the Articles page on their site and seeing the first page top hit on Google misdirecting you to GSPAY.COM .. Mods do as you will with this but I wanted to get the word out.
I have no prior knowledge of this GSPay but it does seem that they are actively targetting those other providers. however in doing so they are giving legit information. I was amused to see their copyscape warning on gspay.com/cardaccept.com.php when that page didn't pass the copyscape test. As a potential customer (of any site) I'd be highly unimpressed to see the copyscape warning. Having those pages isn't blackhat - so what are the blackhat techniques you think they are using?
sarah: Yes it is quite ridicilous to have the fake Copyscape on those pages ripped off (plagiarised) from the other payment processing sites without permission. http://www.copyscape.com/plagiarism.php GSPAY are doing exactly what that Copyscape was setup to prevent ! And have their fake Copyscape links on there to add the insult to the injury ! If this is not blackhat SEO, I don't know what is .. The SEO content may be visible and not hidden in some font color, but it is still being illegal copyright infringing search spam intended to steal away customers from those other payment providers by GPAY.com deceiving .. What it is important in understanding is that its GSPAY.com are putting up that Worldpay, etc information on that page but the signup form goes to GSPAY, not to the providers like Worldpay they are listing with the copyrighted content they stole from the providers websites. That is fraud, plain and simple.
Plagiarism is not blackhat seo IMO, it's just plagiarism. Adding the copyscape thing (legit or not) is lame On the worldpay page they clearly link to worldpay and the link works You obviously have some beef with GSPay - perhaps you should be talking with your lawyer about the best way to resolve it.
GSPAY is a SCAM 100% , i was scammed for 12000$ , they holded my money for 1 year and not released this. a BIG BIG scam, please dont trust this bastards, i lost 12000$ , they paid me , but the Holdback they never paid. Said banks cant release it. So i just lost it. 12000$ that was insane, i contacted their phone, their scam UK company, and many more - as i noticed they open new company in every 6 months or so.
