    There is not really that much to review. It looks like the default phpbb3 theme with a different header image.

    Your meta description and meta keywords are blank - which is bad.

    And for a job site, a classifieds script might be better then a forum.

    where ru looking the meta tag is there you didnt look lol :rolleyes: busted:p and im not worried about seo i got that the design stays :p

    The domain is short and easy to remember.

    The header looks too large but the content of the forum is too short. Just decrease the size of the header and logo.
