What's the best way to start and grow a forum/message board? Should you start by blogging, growing a reader audience, and then refer them all to the message board?
There are sites that pay people a small amount per post to populate forums, for which you can pay and have your forum populated, I know I used to do it for the pennies I got paid. Good fun though. I can only remember this one http://www.wiredflame.com/ but I know there are lots more out there, but if you google "hiring forum posters" you will find others.
hire some people to post or post yourself to get threads started. people wont sign up for your site if they think its dead or new
