Grouping referring sites together

A lot of the traffic we receive is as the result of email updates we send out. Consequently, many of the traffic sources listed in our results are sites such as uk.f254.mail.yahoo.com with only one or two hits each.

Ideally we would like to be able to group all of those results together so as to track how much traffic came as a result of an email being sent out. Is there a way of doing this in Analytics?

Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

GoStats does this natively. (The referrer reports can be grouped by domain). You can also search for the string mail.yahoo.com to get a list of only those matching items.

I'm looking for this function in Google Analytics. I have more than enought with one remotely hosted traffic logger.

It doesn't hurt to have a secondary "backup" tracker. Especiall one like GoStats which is real-time. :) Plus, if you "sharpen the saw" you can quickbookmark your favorite features from each and your productivity will soar.
