Selling Group of websites and facebook accounts to go with them about rip off insurance

I set up a group of websites for my brother in law regarding rip off insurance. He was going to pay me on completion but never did get them completed. I own the websites and domains so I am looking to recover my hard work by selling the sites as someone may want to develop them further.

The main site is ripoffcarinsurance.com and also have rip off van, bike and truck insurance domains all .com. There is also ripoffinsurancegroup.com. All content, logo's and domains will be included in the sale as well as one free month hosting to give you time to move elsewhere (or you can stay on my VPS at a small cost).

There is also a gmail account set up so I will include that as well as the 4 facebook groups. These are not for sale, they are part of the package.

I am looking for bidding to start at $60 to cover just the domain names. A BIN price would be $250 to cover the rest of the costs.
