GROUP EMAILER FOR MY WEBSITE - $60 PayPal

    Hi there,

    i want someone to code me a group emailer for my website..

    the features that i want is

    it should gather email id entered by my visitors..


    and i should be able to schedule email as well..

    for instance if i wish to send out email at 12:57 ..i want the mailer to collect all the email ids until 12:56 and then i want the mailer to send out the scheduled email @ 12:57...


    when new visitors come to enter their email id after 12:56 i want the mailer to send them the email instantly..


    btw i should also have an option to clear the email list so that i can repeat the same stuff again the next day :)
