I am looking for a solution and software package that allows me to do group coaching for my visitors and remote desktop sharing software so I can help them remotely? I heard of some programs out their and alot of the free clients don't work well with multiple clients. I'm looking for software that supports multiply people can connect at the same time and remotely. What is the standard programs that are used? I ran across mikogo. Does anyone know how well this program works with a group of people? Or does anyone have suggestions on other software out there? I am willing to pay for the program so that is not an issue.

Try download.com typing in "remote desktop" and then view the list by "Total downloads" to find the more popular programs.
What I suggest is to have on premise remote support appliance installed such as RHUB appliances in order to provide group coaching and sharing desktops remotely.
I don't know of any but it sounds intriguing...my advice when people can't find something is always to Google it
