ttp://www.grokker.com/ This is a new(er) search engine that not only brings up your search results, but also puts them into sub-categories. For example search "Castle" on google. We get 155,000,000 hits. But those hits are unorganized and range from castle information, to building a castle, to castle tours. Now lets search castles on Groxis. We only get 255 hits, but they are all neatly organized into sub-categories. It will never stop my google addiction, but it is pretty cool. It will probably come in handy for research more than anything. Go ahead give it a go.
wow - I had forgotten all about grokker. Didn't it use to be a desktop application - not a web based search?
It really looks good and the idea behind it is really interesting but unfortunately it is a bit slow.
