Grievance Procedure

    Hiya

    Where do you post or who do you get in touch with if you think that someone has ripped you off on Digital Point? The amount is inconsequential but it is the principal. I bought a list of urls on Saturday (over 48 hours ago) from a member of DP, paid immediately with Paypal and subsequently heard zip, despite several pm's and emails to the paypal address.

    Do I just swallow the hit and move on or is there some sort of support procedure that can at least get the "thieving git" censured severely or banned to prevent them repeating the same case with others. Who do you PM for support issues at DP anyway, I can't seem to find the right place?

    I think I bought the same list.

    I'm a bit annoyed, but I think that we should wait a few more days.

    Then, if no improvement, we issue negative iTraders.
