It's a bit too simplistic/basic, you also need to blend the google adsense colors better, fiddle around with it a bit more.

I didn't mean any offence. You should put a 'box' around the main content and change the background colour of the url form.

 

Needs more work, its too simple and just doesn't stand out in a competitive market.
