Grey PR on Google Toolbar

    I want to know your experience with Grey PR. What's your opinion about its causes and fixes?

    You might have noticed that, for certain pages the page rank button on Google Toolbar shows grey in color and the ToolTip says 'No Pagerank information available'. That's what I am referring to. Thanks in advance!

    Grey toolbar means page is not cached in the search engines

    Grey PR usually means that the web page has not been indexed by Google and is not included in the SERPS. However it can also be a sign that the web site has been hit with a penalty of some description and has been deindexed.

    Yes, Google doesn't index the pages and they have low weight.

    Usually when your website is hosting but not indexed by any search engine result page or not cached by that search engine show Grey color upon the Google toolbar icon. First of all your website is cached by search engine crawler after then it is again go through different algorithm.
