2 or 3 months is normal to wait. Forget about it and just work on gaining links to your site. After the next update you should then see your site magically appear. You will appear in the results, just give it a little time. ;)

A gray PR bar usually means a site has been penalized. Make sure your site is following Google's guidelines and especially that it doesn't look like a thin affiliate (too many affiliate links and not enough unique content).

Yes, normally it should be PR0, blank bar.
Is your domain brand new? The previous owner could have done something to get penalized by Google.

Wait for a while, if nothing improves, goto Google webmasters and ask for an inclusion.

Yes, my site is hotel affiliate sites, and running since 2005.
3 months ago my site have good position on Google, for top 1 result with image map beside the result.

I now, there are many competitors running this same affiliate. but i've optimizing my site to make it look unique not similar with others.

Put the site link in your dp signature and do more dp posting, that should work for more googlebot visits, for higher pr.. try directory submissions and releasing an article.

how many backlinks do you have? I think you'll have to figure out what you've done then go through the process of a re-inclusion request by the sounds of it, or start again and nuke the domain, posting your url would help us help you in finding out what you've done wrong if that is the case.

buy a text link on high pr page related to your field which gets indexed frequently, i.e. pr 8+ preferably, it will be expensive but worth it, the bot will follow the link and hopefully crawl your site
