I hate to have to self-title a thread, but many of you know me so and I wanted you to know it's not just another job offer thread. I'm looking for talented and motivated developers that proficient in at least php and mysql. Those of you familiar with the jQuery javascript library have a hand up though as almost everything project I start requires some level of interactivity and I'm quite fond of jQuery. Some random thoughts on this job: The job offer is for people available to take projects on fairly short notice. I use a project management system that you will need to utilize when you are working on your project as well, so organization is key. I like people who code once and use many. I'm not looking for people who just got into programming 6 months ago and think they can accomplish anything by going to php.net and reading about it. If you're not certain you can accomplish something, it's o.k. to say so and pass the task or project on to another developer. I need people with experience. You must be an excellent problem solver. I do not like to micro-manage. For any given project I will provide the development environment. If you have any specific questions, please ask. I have work for you start immediately if you are interested. Please respond with a portfolio of your work and if possible, working source I can view to get an idea of your development methods.
