    Hi all,
    Glad to know that,I just got promotion to Grunt from peon.
    I was feeling so uncomfortable with peon post ! lol

    I need some suggestions from you experienced and regal folks.
    Actually,it’s my laziness not to respond very common abnormal threads.
    But as a newbie,I have so much confusion regarding various online speculations,which may lead towards crazy/boring threads,but I really need some help to get them rectified.;)

    I wish you all fruitful flicks ahead and I hope I can get all your cooperations to progress for each other.
