    Hello everyone! After too many years and spending far too much money chasing after "shiny objects" trying to manage on my own in I M, it finally dawned on me that, perhaps, I should have a mentor, someone to not only tell me what to do, but show me how to do it. One of the first things my mentor suggested was to join forums like this. I'm so glad I heeded his advice, as I can see there are lots of knowledgeable experts here that are ready, willing and able to share their wisdom with newbies like me! Keep smiling!
