I'm an American living in Germany. I'm a retired U.S. Air Force pilot but I've been programming since 1974. Since 1996 I've been doing web programming and design. For the last three years I've been developing my marketing skills and for the past 17 months working a lot with Infusionsoft and the Infusionsoft API. I currently work in the financial sector doing option trading. I was setting up a new bulletin board, having owned multiple vBulletin licenses in the past, and looking for the latest and greatest. It seemed XenForo is the new vBulletin so I purchased a license for a new project (http://forums.capitaldiscussions.com - just getting it set up) and started looking at the add ons. That lead me to Digital Point. What a great forum! I know I'll be using a lot of the DP add ons so I upgrade to a premium member as I see it as a good investment. I've worked with MS SQL server since 1999 and MySQL for a few years, but the SQL syntax is nearly identical. I'm an old web developer dinosaur using ColdFusion and PHP primarily for scripting languages and the usual Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS etc you need to build a site. I'm happy to help if anyone has any questions. Tom Nunamaker Enjoying the autobahn in Germany!
