Just found the site last night, but finally got to reading the content here. It looks like I'll be here for some time as I am a fairly new blogger/ezine writer.

My ezine is centered around the mobile food industry which is blowing up around the United States. My goal is for it to become the goto site for people interested in this topic.

I originally launched the site on a free wordpress blog, but since I was getting great initial reviews, I converted over to a new url and migrated all of my previous writing over to the new site at the end of November.

Since that time, I have been studying the web on almost every type of SEO tactic and ways to improve my readership levels. It has worked, but I was curious what you thought on my numbers.

Currently getting between 6000-7000 unique visits as month with with over 32,000 page views a month. The average time on site for each visit is about 3.5 minutes with a less than 3% bounce rate.

I still have a google rank of zero but alexa has me ranked at 408k so far.

Anyway, I am starting to think about monetizing the site, but worry that if I do too much it will offend readers and get my current numbers to drop. I have plenty to learn and this site is going to be a great place to learn from.

Welcome to DP forum and yes you are in the right place to learn. You will a lot about blogging and E-zines. By the way you didn't provide your site link, but I think you can't yet cause you are new. Anyway wish you all the luck within this forum to learn more about promoting your site.

Yeah, I will wait to share the url until I get the proper posts/time counts here. When that happens, I'll try to get a review done. Until then I figured I would see how my number look to you folks.

I don't have a lot of experience in the field, but those numbers look good to me! I'd wait a little bit longer, and then monetize the size. If you include adsense without obstructing the content, I see no reason as to why your readers would be offended.
