Greetings from B'ham and complaint!

Hi All, I'm Alex, based in Birmingham (UK).
I'm looking to discuss different hosting options local to several european countries, but I need to make some posts and wait 14 days before I'm even allowed to post in the buy, sell or trade forum!!
So I thought I'd say hi & at the same time come one post closer to being able to ask my question
I know the rule is because of spammers and stuff... and it's a bit annoying that because of spammers, forum moderators find themselves in a horrible situation where they have to choose whether to put in place these rules or lose their forum to spammers. Isn't it annoying to realise that this is just one more way in which spammers ruin your life on a regular basis??

Spam is everywhere and you can never get rid of it. It is just sad that you need to do things like this to protect the sites from it.

Hopefully you will rather quickly reach the post count and be able to post everywhere.
