green dot card

    Will the greendotonline.com cards if purchased at a retail store be activated and used instantly? I want to verify my account with pay pal and start selling. I need a credit card. Will Green Dot work? Please let me know. Thanks

    as they stated these are prepaid credit cards then it will work as virtual credit cards or vcc are the same thing. But I haven't use them before.

    I would be weary of them. Their PCI compliancy expired on 31 Jul 2006
