I am planning to sell my small project that I just finished completing. The site that I am planning to sell is:

As you can see the design of the site is purely FANTASTIC and it is way better than other arcade sites out there.

This site can be a great investment for someone starting out in this online business. The site is 100% complete and there is an admin panel (all hand coded) where you can publish unpublished games, change ads, meta and so on.

The site is fully automated and hand coded. No scripts or whatever has been used.

Traffic of the website is very low, therefore, nothing to share with. Also, the revenues.

My asking price is: $1,500.
My BIN is at: $3,000.

The price is very high for this website because everything is hand coded, design is purely amazing and everything is SEO'd perfectly, in terms of website itself and not rankings.

Since the site is new you will have to wait a bit for it to gain rankings on Google but I am sure it can achieve high rankings really fast.

The reason why I want to sell this website? No reason. I am in no rush to sell it. This project was just something small that I wanted to keep for personal use but I guess it has a better potential on other people's hands.
