So it's not really an auction as such, if the bid doesnt reach a level I'm happy with, then I'll developed the site myself, far too much potential $$$ in this to let it go for the current bid amount.

 

If you could give us a ballpark figure of how much you're looking for (by PM if you want) that would help...

I don't want to sit around bidding if you're looking for far more than I'm prepared to pay though.
