For me everytime is a good time to start a business even its during depression period. The only thing important is to sell the right service at right time for example i setup a course to teach people make money online during recession time and its earn me big buck.
Starting a business is not something that is really defined by the economy as long as you have the right niche and the money for development, advertising and other essential things.
although everyone makes some good points, however the current economical status will help with some niches, but it might also be worse off for some businesses. a good example of a business set up in a depression period is good old bill gates who started microsoft during some bad times, but look where that got him!
that's reasonable. but i really hope that the economic situation can slow down so that the real estate can down it's price.Now the Price in China real estate is so crazy..more than 23000RMB per square meter. now no one can afford it..so i think if there is bad situation, then the housing value can down accordingly...
