Selling Great Website with catchy domain name

    Hi!

    I am here to sell my website. The website is a little over a month old. When I first made the site I thought it was a great idea, low and behold, college began to interfere. So I have ran out of time to mess with it and I am looking to get rid of it.

    The domain name isn't much older than the website, maybe a few weeks. It was registered multiple times previously before me, though, and it will appear great in the search engines.

    The stats are not much to look at, but they do show signs of life. Ignore August 1st, that traffic was bought. The rest of it is all random visits, some from search engines... what have you.

    About the site itself

    The site is made in php, as most of you can probably tell. The website does come with a complete admin panel, so you don't have to know any code at all to edit settings. The admin panel will allow you to edit such things as; the categories for news, categories for forums, editing forum posts, posting in the blog section... and more(if you need more specifics just pm me with what you want to know).

    Ummm... what else is there?
    --The domain is registered with att, but I will give you the auth. code and you can transfer it wherever you would like.
