    If I collect a site now and say 2 years later, the actual site is no longer available, I can actually go to this site of yours and see the non-operational site ?

    Yes, like that.. collect.ws caches the site. And u can see the cached pages whenever u want. If the orginal pages change, the cached pages will remain same.

    no, i said pictures are not hosted at server :) So the texts, tables etc will be ok but the pictures in the sites will not be seen.

    the content except pictures are stored on the server.
