i cant believe people keep trying to promote these crap programs. they are absolutly useless and not only that if you use adsense they will get you banned nobody using these sites has any interest in the website on them they just want hits to there website
Its great. Is free link traffic can boost traffic for the site. I am subscribing to some of the free link traffic site but it doesnt have good result.
YAY Traffic G, what do you know about that! This is one heck of a time waster, click away people and watch your inboxes fill with sales (being sarcastic) , traffic exchanges are a thing of the past. Its getting harder and harder to make sales plus people will only look at an offer that can help them with their own business, so good luck with that!

If you run adsense site, than better beware of getting banned from Google. They do not like traffic exchane visitors
Hits mean nothing. It is conversions that count. I can buy hundreds of thousands of "hits" for little money, but if they don't convert, it means nothing. Tell me about hits that convert to sales....then I will listen. Jim
Free traffic exchange sites are basically the scum of the internet. Google will ban you directly without even letting you explain. The best source of traffic comes from Search Engines. It's clean and it's real people.
