Laddies & Gents... just for the record, I did reserve the right not to sell if i wasn't happy with the offers. And after many comments from advanced DP users saying "Dont Sell" or "Your stupid if you sell"... The site is no longer for sale.

Firstly the reason for the sale was to fund another project, this was not a site i wanted to sell but under my current circumstances i had no choice but to list the sale.

Today i have been approached by a business man who had read this thread, as he saw i wanted to fund another project, I have been offered my "BIN" price in return for some advertising space on my website.

Now as all offers that were made came with but .. i want you to do this & that.. or i cant pay you all at once ... and so on.. I have taken this offer site will remain under my control & i can start work on my upcoming project.

To all who were genuinely interested in this in this sale (dont think many people were) I am sorry !

as much as I hate to admit it (because I wanted the site too), I think you are doing the smart thing by holding on to it.

Thanks for your support it was you 2 who convinced me to hold, and lucky i did cause i just have to run a banner for 2 months and get my forums up and running, run a banner for him and that will give me just as much as selling wouldn't have.
