Do you know of another tool? You can only use this tool so many times before they charge which is a shame because it was pretty cool... I wouldn't have minded if they were to put ads on the site!

No, It will not happen because it solely depends upon me whether I should follow someone or not. Twitter will not ban you. Once you have reached a good level of followers like 10-15k or more. Then you will start receiving traffic from twitter users.
