Selling Great Tech Site With All Traffic Coming From Google - Unique Contents

I am selling my Tech blog that is getting consistent Google traffic for keywords like:

"dual boot windows" ---- "880" Exact Match
"dual boot" ---- "18,100" Exact Match
"dual boot windows 7 and ubuntu" ------- "3,600" Exact Match
"dual boot windows 8" -------- "1,900" Exact Match
and much more ... check out the screenshot below:

The site was getting much more traffic when I was posting regularly, see the screenshot below. The traffic started to drop when i stopped posting and started another project. From that point on, I didn't even opened my site until couple days ago and I was shocked to see how much consistence traffic that site is getting.

I am not sure why DP is showing only 4 backlinks, but I has around 85 backlinks including 5 EDU Links:

The site has has very LOW bounce rate (37.01%) that mean people tend to stay on my site longer. You can also use it to your benefit for selling ad space or using Adsense.

The site has privacy policy as well, so its all Adsense ready. I never monetized the site because my Adsense account was banned as I bought a Google banned site. My account got banned, but site is not banned.

If you can work on this site, you can easily get much more traffic and get those keywords ranked. I did extensive keyword research and SEO on that site.

The bidding starts at $50 and increments at $10. I won't sell it until it reaches my reserved price and its a 14 day auction. Let me know if you have any questions.

 

I don't see it ranking for any of the above terms in Google. Any reason why?

 

The site is getting traffic for these keywords from Goofle that mean people are seeing them some where on Google. I have attached all screenshots above. So check them before asking questions. If you are not seeing those keywords that doesn't mean everyone else is not seeing it too.

 

Since the since is lil new, keyword rankings go up and down. If you can maintain it, you will definitely get a stable ranking

Strange, but for "dual boot windows" I can not find the site even on page 10? Checked with US, UK and IT IPs....

 

The site is new so it jumps up and down. I have given you a proof from Google Analytics that its getting traffic from Google. I didn't updated it for a while, if you can update it frequently, it will get even more traffic.
