    Hi,
    It's pretty easy to move it around to a new host, one DB and one zip for the web, I will provide you simple instructions but you will need basic php editing skills.
    As for hosting - I have my own reseller account, I can host it for you if you want for 4$ a month but as I'm not a hosting company you will not get 24x7 support. You can easily move it to another host.
