Great Site, Ranking Well. PR3 Ascii Art. 1200-1500 Uniques/Month.

Hi Everyone,

Well up for sale is an uncommon type of website, ascii-art.org, the domain is keyword rich and brandable.

It's ranking number 3 on MSN for the term 'Ascii Art', and 38 on Google, although this fluctuates between 20 and 40

Its also currently ranking 1st for the term 'ascii art converter' on msn, and 21 on Google, although again this is constantly fluctuating between 11 and 25.

Around $70 has been spent buying links, such as blog posts, and purchasing several links from quality directories such as GII - http://www.gii.in/Arts/Visual_Arts/

The site receives around 50 unique visitors a day, this is steadily increasing and equates to 1200-1500 uniques/month.

This is mostly through organic traffic from search engines. The site is also receiving quite a lot of traffic since being added to the Wikipedia entry about Ascii Art.

The domain ascii-art.org is PR3, with and without the www

The site is popular to due its nature, and many natural back links have been produced from users who like the website. I am only selling this as I dont have time to promote it.

The site would benefit hugely from a redesign, which is I was planning to do when I purchased the site last month, but I am too busy with other things to do this. The domain is registered at GoDaddy, and has over 2 years of registration left (expires Sep 2009)

I can also provide free hosting for as long as required.

Assume no revenue, as I only put Adsense on the site a couple of days ago.

What script does the site use? Does it have the license to us it?

Also I will need traffic proof. The lknk you have given asks for authentication.

If responses above are positive (ie licensed and proper traffic proof available), then I bid $75.
