Nice list. So does this mean the anchor text in our signature links should be changed every so often or our websites will be penalized?

 

some of these things seem to be counter productive if you are trying to make sales, it would be weird for google to penalize a build up of hundreds of links fast? what if the product is really good or was featured on oprah or something, lol

Great insight.... but i believe we cant rule out that google also loves old stuff.... the older the link is the better it is...

 

true the information is outdated, nonetheless it clearly shows the mindset psychological approach that google takes in attacking spam. SEO isnt all that hard if you just understand what it is that google wants from you (wants to show the searcher). This article help to clarify the way google thinks. thanks!
