So you're selling a site that is 1 year old, hasn't been indexed by google or yahoo (and is a SEO blog???? lmao), has under 500 views a day, makes $30 a month, isn't automated, breaks the 14 letter rule, not even a great keyword string, AND here is the killer, want to sell it for $1200???

Come back to planet Earth and you might find a buyer.

No offense but you've at least ten-folded what it will sell for. A end buyer might pay $120 for the site. Maybe... And who says I can't scrape your site, spin it, and post. Maybe even actually get indexed lol.

Second of all:You are 100% correct in that you have 602 pages indexed by google. I stand corrected. Cube Stat didn't was incorrect and I didn't bother cross verifying it.

Thirdly: I do. I even know how to speak correct English.

Fourth or "Forth": I'm not trying to offend you it is just your asking price is up there with Cloud 9. If you want a sale, I recommend lowering it.

Fifth: How are those articles worth more than $1,000? I haven't clicked a link from the SiteExplorer Url you posted that hasn't been a 404 error. For example, http://www.weboptimizationseo.com/web/bebo

Sixth: There is no mandatory rule but it is a commonly followed practice by large domain investors. It's been proven by statistics. If you want you can google it. The after the 14th letter, there is a huge drop in both misspelled and forgotten URLs. This is the case for 95%. There are of course some outliers that are particularly memorable.

Seventh: I'm trying to help you help yourself. I'm not spamming. Spamming is saying "great post. Go to this website _____ to see more helpful posts like this." As far as I know, I've taken the time out of my day to try to help you. I'm not plastering anything.
