yep, jeff is a partner of the contextual or somehow connected with it, as far as i know! the v7n contextual program is the best blog review program IMHO as it maintains proper secrecy! thus both advertisers and publishers are benefited!

Jeff could be a potential buyer too, atleast for the v7n contextual and directory part, these days he is not active on this forum, otherwise he would answer that himself!:)

Just because I show an interest in selling doesn't mean it is sold or will be sold. :)

I've gotten a lot of offers, no doubt by good intentioned people, that I have rejected. A lot of offers were based on payment plans ($50,000 down, $100,000 down, payments for three years, etc).

I even had a zero down offer.

There are a few serious buyers considering it, two of which have the cash on hand. But both are competitors. So I don't know how v7n would fit in their networks.

At this point I'm almost hoping it doesn't sell. Just because so many of the serious buyers have mentioned that they do look at the revenue. In which case, it makes sense to maximize the revenue for a couple years and then put it back on the market. That would change the valuation drastically.

When we had an ad sales manager last summer, he sold out our ad space in a matter of weeks. $7,000+ added revenue each month. And then you have places like WebProWorld that charge something like $4,000 for top placement in their newletters, and we have a newsletter we've only sent out twice. It has really made me realize how much is being left on the table.

But, huh, if it does sell, then I'm sure the new owner would take good care of his investment. And I could go back to school free from the Internet.

Seriously this site deserves much more than the BIN price as it is one of the biggest webmaster community online.
