Site Details:
This is a niche website. Cornhole is game that started in
Cincinnati, OH. Right now it is big in the Midwest and it is
starting to spread rapidly over the entire US. I love cornhole
and I love this site. I am using this money from the sale for
my wedding this summer. I have put a lot of time and work into
this site and it continues to get better each day. Increasing
traffic, money and community. If it was really up to me I would
not sell this at all and still might not.

The site uses all php/mysql. The site also has a forum with 78
members. This is always growing as the game of cornhole continues
to grow. I hardly have to do any maintaince on the site.

Revenue Details:
The site has been generating revenue using Google adsense. I have
also had some offers from those that sell cornhole products that will
allow me to wholesale their items on my site. This could generate a lot
of money, but I have just not had the time to develop this part. I am
all ready making a decent amount each month from it without doing anything.
I can only imagine how much could be made by pro at this stuff.

Traffic:
Almost all of my traffic comes from the search engines and people
linking to the site from blogs. This site had been featured on many
high ranking blogs. The biggest one to date was on boingboing.net.
This site is also in the yahoo directory and in the dmoz directory.
Obviously as the game of cornhole grows the bigger this site will get.
I know this will happen because we are ranked in the top 5 for many
keyword terms in google, msn and yahoo. This site is the number 1
cornhole community on the web today. Right now it is averaging around
6500 uniques each month and this includes the first few months that almost
had no traffic.

I can also provide screenshots of any traffic stat you would like to see.

If you would like to know anything else just let me know via pm. This is a
great quality site that is capable of making so much more than what it makes
now. I would also have to know the buyers intention with the site before selling it. This is my one and only real site that I put a lot of time into so I am not going to sell it off to someone that I do not believe will do good with it.
