Thanks anteclimax for your very good review. I agree with you im not going to be the fastest host in the world but i coul have a lot worse problems than that

Aso my signup thing is a bit failing for me but im going to start doing it personally throught email.

Could i have your opinion on that. if i didnt have a sign up form and would set everything up by email and give everbody ecustomized accounts. e.g. have standard packages then you can take stuff off or add stuff on to change the price to your perfect package

    Thanks

    Thanks simon369

Yeah, I didn't get an email back from your system (I checked my spam box as well) which is why I didn't know the name servers. I think doing it manually is a good idea, but as you look to expand, automated will save you lots of time and make you more money $$$

    Simon369,
I think you have taken a good step in removing the automated signup thing, but I recommened you to keep it and to add a easy means to keep contact with you, This will ensure you dont get burned out trying to keep up with support requests when you grow.

Note to others: I am not in anyway saying that his system is not good when I say that support requests will be high when he grows, it is only a natural fact that people will complain.

    Hello Simon ;)

It looks like you have some issues on the Billing system side.. If you want then i will be more then glad to help you out and sort the issues you might have..

That Yahoo users don't get the mail i don't think is yahoos or the servers fault! I would really guess that something is done wrong in the config of the billing system :)

    Thanks,
    Freddy

Well im gonna be honest here and i cant gaurentee it because nobody can gaurentee that. i will how ever give you my word that its unlikely but if you was killing the server ever day i would have to. its the same for all hosts

i would tho not just kick you off. i would email you about it and give you a day or 2 to find another host and refund you money

    Thanks
