    I have a few domains I've developed into minisites which are now on Pg1 of their G targeted query. Solid domains with good search volumes, high value KW's and good end user sale potential:

    DallasMortgageRefinance.com - 320 searches/mth - $46 estimated CPC
    MortgageDetroitMichigan.com - 3600 searches/mth - $9 est CPC
    MortgageScottsdaleArizona.com - 6600 searches/mth - $11 est cpc
    MortgageBaltimoreMaryland.com - 4400 searches/mth - $10 est. CPC

    Go ahead and G! them to check their rankings if you like. Offers and questions by PM please.

    DMR - high $xx
    MDM - mid-high $xxx
    MSA - low $xxxx
    MBM - High $xxx

    I have a number of other domains along the same lines that I'm looking to develop as well but aren't on Pg 1 yet so if you're interested in these as well, let me know. I can let them go more cheaply as I haven't got them to Pg1 yet.
