Selling Great PTP forum | Big revenue, great domain! Need to sell it fast!

Hello everybody,

I am selling my Paid to post (PTP) forum which is generating good amount of money and traffic. The upkeep of forum is around around $60 but it generated around $120 previous month even though I only used Adsense and sold stickie threads and couple ad spaces. I am planning on traveling out for town for some time hence I won't be able to manage it and I want to sell it fast.

The domain name is great and the site has been proved legit and getting increasingly traffic day after day. I am really attached to this forum but unfortunately I really need to sell it now.
The site has good alexa ranking and has been posted in other PTP and promotion forums.

The upkeep of Marvelous Forums for previous month was around $60 - 70, and despite my laziness, I earned around $120. The upkeep was higher because the rates are higher, I had been posting manage contest on forum and facebook and its upkeep can be lowered if you lower rates and stuff. Since I am not giving it enough time, a dedicated person can earn even more. I even have some ad space rental request in my e-mail which I checked today. The ways you can earn is by Adsense, selling ad space, banners of Forex and HYIP services and even sometimes these services contacts you to host a contest.

So, the forum is up for grabs. But, I am not selling the vBulletin forum as I have promised to give it to one of my friend. But, you can purchase it very cheaply in DP or other places and I will help you get everything imported and up and running. So, lets start bidding.

Where are the posted AdSense stats?

 

I don't have any BIN price in my mind. I want to sell it before coming weekend. Highest bidder gets the site.

I will verify the ownership and upload Adsense stats when I get back home. I am at work and I don't feel safe to open my adsense account at work.

Ok here is my Adsense revenue for one month:


This is my revenue from Adsense alone and I even used infolinks for couple days and earned couple bucks from it too But I felt that its getting annoying for readers and I uninstalled it.
If you are dedicated, you can also earn from static banners and selling ad space.
