The main core of the proxy, like many others sold here at DP, is the popular PHProxy. Sneak.in uses a slightly modified (but wholey compatible with any further changes in PHProxy) version of this software to fix/improve some features. The navigation bar on all proxied pages works much more efficiently than default PHProxy (it used to not attach to broken body tags, etc).

Also, the navigation bar uses some custom coded JavaScript to keep it a) on the page at all times and b) to allow the user to expand/contract it as they wish. Something I have yet to see on other sites of this nature.

Finally, please take the time to consider the domain name itself -- is there any more appropriate name for a proxy website than Sneak.in?

I am the owner of sneak.in and Doga has kindly listed it on my behalf.

sneak.in has not really been monetized to it's true potential. I bought it and did not do much with it.

Since purchasing the site I have had no less than four offers to resell the script as you can see, it has been modified with java and so forth. I declined to sell the script even at $200 per inquiry to keep sneak.in unique You could adopt a different strategy of course. The choices are entirely yours and the name is very unique!

domain is good and unique design
site has very good traffic without any promotion
we already received 4 enquiries for script

 

I don't doubt that but you have 205 as your highest bid, so I am thinking you wont get your 1000

4359 uniques for Jan. So, around 150-200 uniques daily how is it "very good traffic"? $22 revenue is 1 and a half years revenue? Even if its only one months revenue, you are looking for 100x revenue for a site getting just 150 uniques daily and $22 monthly. You might be kidding

Though, the domain name is good, its not worth this reserve amount lest the bin. The mods you applied to the script can be obtained for free (one in my sig too) or for cheap (by hiring a coder). You are lucky you got a bid of 13x revenue already ($300) since proxies have a poor record of being sold for just 4 to 6 months of revenue on average.
