great problem

    i'm a student in hostel...
    hostel authorities has provided us internet facilties to all students..
    they have provided us static IP address for us...
    problem i'm facing is speed of internet is very slow...
    i was not able to open DP..and read my private message..
    is there any way that i can increase the speed of internet..:(:(

    Nope ! there is no way to increase your speed . your best choice would be to get online when the number of students using school internet are less.
