Just edited main post with this info:

A: This is an indirect way but works great (if your page/site is indexed by google)

    1) go to: http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-search/
    2) Type in your search as such: link:www.yourURL.com/ (you can also be more specific with a direct url to your page!)
    3) Result will return sites that are linking to your page with their PR value!

Yup works, and have been using this combination for about a year now.

Just one little drawback : You can sort the links after PR, only within the first page.

So if you have more than 100 IBL's (maximum for a single page), and i have with 50.000+, it sucks :)

Found a nice tool on Digg that checks the PR of outbound links on a webpage.

    http://www.webmastereyes.com/

I've never bothered to check the PR of many of my webpages, and several sub-categories of my websites have PRs higher than 3 or 4, which teachs me something about internal linkage.

PR is crazy these days, but nevertheless, a nice tool!

I can't believe this is accurate. I checked googles PR in the toolbar and it confirmed it, but almost every one of these sites are less than 2 months old, nor-cal.us I dont think is even a month old yet, did Google do a PR update??? Just goes to show how a high PageRank is easily achieved without even trying :D

those links are from teknetik.com if you want to check.

Heh...I just tried using it on www.fadplay.com/allgames.html :D

A lot of the images timed out after a while! I sure hope they cache results on their end.
