A: This is an indirect way but works great (if your page/site is indexed by google) 1) go to: http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-search/ 2) Type in your search as such: link:www.yourURL.com/ (you can also be more specific with a direct url to your page!) 3) Result will return sites that are linking to your page with their PR value!
