    Why are you selling this site?
    Don’t have time or motivation to continue site. Website is currently out of google “sandbox” and is rapidly ranking on tons of keywords related to different pets.

    How is it monetized?
    It is monetized with Amazon and Chewy.com banners and links.

    Would make a great Adsense or or there CPM site

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Depends...I log on twice a week to make sure everything is functional. But to grow the site you should probably write at least 3-5 posts a week.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    No major challenges...key is adding unique content every week and monetizing the website properly.
