Revenue Details:

Up until a few weeks ago all the revenue came directly from sales.

We added adsense a few weeks back weeks back for the first time. See attachemnt for details.

Traffic Details:

All traffic from the last 3 months is organic about 80-100 visitors aday.
Before that it was over 200 visitors aday, this included using adwords. cost of that was about $3 a day.

We havent really pushed this site over the last few months, not had the time to be honest. But with some marketing it can be an excellent money maker.

The site was listed a few weeks back but the deal wasnt complete. (I was away for a weeks and then buyer wouldnt wait till my return.)

Anyways, since it must sell, otherwise all the seo work will gradually wear off if not in use, there is a VERY low starting price of $300.

Ok, now I'm a little confused.

Walker2007 is selling this site, but didn't you just buy it from Kamesh in May?

Why would you have the exact same text as the original seller? You can't both be selling for the same exact reason of building this summer. I realize it says that the buyer fell through, but according to the thread above Walker2007 bought it from Kamesh in May. If Kamesh sold it because he was building this summer than why is Walker2007 selling it 2 mths later?

I'm not saying the sale isn't legit, just trying to find out why the same copy is being used for both sales by two different owners.

 

I had kamesh list it for me awhile back as I hadnt enough posts to do so.
I asked the odd question to keep it bumped.
you can check that no ownership has changed since I purchased the domain back in jan 2006.
